DooPets Shipping Policy

At DooPets, we’re dedicated to delivering joy and surprises to your furry friends through a smooth and reliable shipping process. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle your orders.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This ensures that we have received your order and are preparing it for shipment.

📦 Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been packed and dispatched.
  • All our products are ready stock, so your order will be shipped promptly upon confirmation.
  • Please note that cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or changes to size or shipping address are strictly not allowed once an order is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only applicable for products with manufacturing defects (e.g., major tears, stains larger than 3cm). Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a promo code that:

  • Has no minimum purchase requirement
  • Does not expire
  • Can be used one time only

Customs, Duties & Taxes

DooPets is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order. DooPets will not be responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, once a package leaves our facility, we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • You may also notify our customer service team, and we will assist you where possible.

  • West Malaysia
  • East Malaysia
  • Singapore
  • Brunei
  • Indonesia
  • Australia

Shipping Fees

  • West Malaysia: RM5.90 for orders below RM150. Free shipping for orders RM150 and above.
  • East Malaysia: RM19.90 flat rate.
  • Singapore: RM22 per order.
  • Brunei & Indonesia: RM28 per order.
  • Australia: RM45 per order.
