π¦ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products with clear manufacturing defects (e.g., major tears, stains larger than 3cm, missing parts).
- Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect are required.
π« Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used or opened pet products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
π° Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued as a DooPets Promo Code that:
- Has no minimum spend
- Can be used once only
- Has no minimum spend
- Cash refunds are not available.
π Exchange Process
- If eligible, we will send you a replacement product of the same type.
- If the product is out of stock, we will provide a promo code refund.
